I remember so clearly the moment I met you, the publishers of FanFaire.. I was charmed. Something about the Internet and the opera! "yes, of course, use it." What librettist or composer in his right mind would refuse such exposure. But never did I anticipate the superb organization of the material. The clarity and scope and layout. And best of all, one can sense your own personal pleasure with THE opera. How lucky Conquistador was to have been produced at the San Diego Opera, and not least because it has been given an added voice and presence beyond the premier itself...thanks to you!
