Gregory Turay: Always a Winner!
Y2K Richard Tucker Awardee, and before this,
the George London, the ARIA, and many more!
And if he feels cheese-y or somewhat Italian, he goes for these two recipes:
Baked Ziti*
1 pound ground chuck
1 16 oz box ziti pasta
1 large(28 oz) jar Prego spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 large package shredded mozzarella cheese (4-5 cups)
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
oregano and Italian seasoning
Cook ziti; brown and drain ground chuck.
Season with spices; combine ziti, ground chuck and sauces.
Layer 1/2 ziti mixture on bottom of 9x13 inch pan; sprinkle with half of cheese.
Layer again.
Bake, covered at 350 deg for 30-40 minutes.
If you wish, add fresh mushroom and onions, and more cheese.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
* Tracy Cook's and Nancy Johnson's - Courtney's aunt and cousin.
