CHARLES TAYLOR, baritone
A
past member of Opera Colorado's artist development program,
Charles Taylor is well known to Colorado opera fans. Mr.
Taylor was selected as a regional winner of the Metropolitan
Opera National Council Auditions and went on to join the Metropolitan
Opera Lindemann Young Artist Development Program. His
most recent appearance with Opera Colorado was in the company's
2002 performances of Tosca.
Upcoming performances: Lohengrin
and Lucia di Lamermoor at the Metropolitan Opera, Un
Ballo in Maschera at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa,
and a recital at Denver's Newman Center. |
HAO JIANG TIAN, bass-baritone
Hao Jiang Tian made his Opera Coloradp debut in Manon Lescaut
in 1987. Since that time he has performed around the world with
companies such as the Metropolitan Opera, Teatro Comunale of
Florence, Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires, Lyric Opera of Chicago,
and Washington National Opera, among others.
Upcoming performances: Aida at Deutsche Staatsoper
Berlin, Turandot and the world premiere of Tan Dun's
First Emperor at the Metropolitan Opera.
