HEPPNER: Oh, I did some coaching in NY and so then I came to Denver on Friday night. And my luggage did not arrive. We took in the luggage, that piece of paper- whatever you call that - and they scanned it into the computer, and they said: "Oh, that's going to Bozeman, Montana!."

I said, "What's it going to Bozeman, Montana for?"

"Do you live near there? Did you tell them to send it to Bozeman, Montana?"

"No, I didn't tell them to send it to Bozeman, Montana." And so I said, "If it just came in, it must still be in the airport. Can you send somebody, you know, radio somebody and make them bring it?"

Oh no, they wouldn't do that.  I have no idea why they retagged it Bozeman, Montana. So I phoned in the morning and sort of tried to push them to get this thing and they said maybe it'll be in by noon. But they kept accusing me of maybe having changed the location and I kept saying "No, this is where I want it."

And anyway, so it arrived 20 minutes or half an hour before the show, fortunately. What we did was we had rented an alternate. But it's not easy to find something for a big guy out there in Denver I must say.... I guess I should carry it on the plane, but I'm never that smart. And I prefer to be in the cabin with less luggage than more.
